Clivia
nobilis
Clivia nobilis is a lovely pendulous species with very leathery, tough
leaves. Often flowers twice a year producing 30 or more flowers in a
most attractive “mop head”. Very neat and attractive leaves
can make the whole plant look fan shaped. Unfortunately much slower growing
than any of the other Clivia. Young plants (divisions) also available.

Crinum
campanulatum album
Crinum campanulatum album is a small, very rare and choice Crinum. The
white flowers are about 3” across and have a green centre.

firmifolium
Crinum firmifolium is a relatively small Crinum from Madagascar and
which will flower for 2 or 3 years in a 6” pot before producing
a quantity of offsets, soon reaching flowering size and demanding a larger
pot or splitting up. Heads of white ribbon flowers carried on 12 – 18” stems.
Requires frost protection.

Huge, pale pink flowers in early autumn. Very vigorous. Bulbs about
3” across, probably about a year off flowering. After a couple
more years, the bulb will have grown enough and produced sufficient offsets
to fill a large tub with several flowering size bulbs

Crinum for the large conservatory, splendid architectural plant with
broad leaves up to 5’ long. Large heads of white ribbon flowers,
slightly scented, produced on long stem in summer. Vigorous. Only a few
